THURSDAY was our last practice for the concert as a band... we worked in the hall and seems like the heat got into us and we didn't play too well... i actually felt a little shamed but very left out when most of the sec 4s were performing esemble pieces... they sure have worked really hard...


FRIDAY was the day when the whole band met up and collected ticket money and stuffs like that... eileen and i settled the blazers and the kids were in a big mess. then the clarinets and saxophonists worked on their esembles again... since i had nothing left to do, i went home at about 5+. my dad is the strict type so i had to leave early too. spent the whole night writing 14 cards for people.


SATURDAY: woke up at about 7am cause my maid panicked that i was late for sch[wtf] so i got changed and left home at 7.30. went to amk central to buy stockings, guardian wasn't open. so just bought macs breakfast for fun and took a bus to the market behind sch. bought stockings, went to sch and saw everyone preparing for the esembles again... [i'm fucking left out!] wrote my remaining 5 cards at the benches outside the staff room, had my breakfast at the same time... after writing, i went back to the band room again and only half the band was there[9.41am] went behind sch with eileen mich and vanessa to get some hair stuff for all clarinetists. went back, more pple now. gave out all the cards i made in twenty mins or so. then fall in... blah blah... all moved our instruments and got on the... OMG a new bus! so shiok! even the leather smell is fresh!...




ok... then reached vch... undumped all the intruments from the NEW bus... moved up and did warm ups as a section... then full band rehearsal... we didn't play too well... tempo probs again...

=( then led the winds to their rooms...allowed them to change while the esembles tried out on stage... fooled around a little backstage... but its only natural... had dinner... thought that the fish was half cooked, so i didn't finish it. gave it to kcat instead...then fall in... but didn't take any photos= nv follow schedule... rushed onto stage and doors opened 15 minutes earlier... warmed up in front of the early audiences... when all arrived, mr gopal did too... his speeched really praised the band, i'm almost touched. then symphony no. 8: elaine was telling me how nervous she was... but i was just as nervous... got important solos ya... anyways... kenneth and i pulled it off... we played pretty well... then elaine's concerto... she played very well.. just a little shaky from the stage fright thing... then songlin... the pro... haha... excellent playing... i hope the accompaniment played well with him too...



intermission was all chaos and havoc... dad found me and kissed me... scary man...then only received 2 flowers in total... pretty pathetic for last concert...mum was around too... hiding from my unreasonable dad... haha... then, esembles time...clarinetists were up first, playing dance of the balamb fish and presto... the played great of course... then the saxophones blah... all of them did very well and the audience enjoyed it...of course... i was enjoying a little backstage, but it was hard to get the members back to position before getting back on stage... sakura symphony was really good... although i might have panicked at mvt II where i have the solo... freaky ya... then encore was tong hua... not too bad... 2nd encore was too be with you... clarinetists played in it again of course... they're prominent now and you can't help it...



after concert... the whole band hurriedly packed and left the hall... winds got on the bus first melany and i had i frantic search for her file... although it was with viswa the whole while... sat next to serene on the ride home... so i have nothing or no one to speak to... started tearing quietly quite alot yah...returned to sch, then packed our stuff in the band room... left the band room with chor, kat, jaffir and norain top amk macs... talk about crap and the incident on friday...[secret!] then dad fetched me home at 1am... thats about it... really gtg... g'night...
